Warhammer 40K: DA To Get Checklist

While working back on my earlier works with the decals on the drop pod, I decided to try them on some of my earlier vehicles and I came across some sample vehicles in the Codex which, for some reasons, I have completely forgotten that it is in.

Since the codex had some detailed character and vehicle details in it's colour, I decided to actually make each and every one of them (where possible). It is a good thing that most are not 5th company.

This page is going to detail each character and what kit I will be getting next.

I am not touching Ravenwing bikers as yet as I have not gotten any kits for now. When I open my first kit, I will certainly be referring to the Codex for the named characters first.

Warhammer 40K: Drop pod

Finished the drop pod a few weeks back and forgot to upload it.

Will upload the latest work with the decals on for the model.
I decided to go for something simple and the paint job for this was done in 2 sessions.

Update: Shots with decals uploaded. Had fun working on decals on my previous and work in progress models.

 

A short update long overdue

Nope, I am still painting whenever I get the chance. Only thing is the opportunity at the moment rarely presents itself with the company going in high gear for GST and also the younger one has grown legs (you know what that mean!)

In the mean time, I have started a side project of making a termie helm which the papercraft is complete and pending some corrections (still looking for time for it) before hardening and fiberglassing it (most likely not in the next 2 years!).

The latest acquisition for the moment include 1 Darkshroud that is primed (cannot remember if I have basecoated it) and 1 new drop pod which I am assigning to the 5th Company (basecoat only).

 

 

While on the Robotech side, I have completed another 2 more VF-1As. Only basing left. These will definitely be a long while before the Veritech units are complete.

Hopefully more opportunity for me to work on them to come soon (and may the younger one sleep more XD)
